Mission Statement

The Boston Hedge Fund Group was started in 2002 for senior professionals at hedge fund management firms located in the Greater Boston area. Our programs are generally geared to senior financial, administrative, compliance, operations and marketing professionals, including Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers.

The objectives of the Boston Hedge Fund Group are to:

• Provide forums for our members to expand their knowledge about current and emerging trends and issues in the hedge fund industry and encourage dialogue;
• Promote professional development for our members to enhance their performance of important responsibilities at their management companies; and
• Facilitate networking, communication and sharing of ideas and best practices among the members of the BHFG.
